Easy, Healthy, Tasty- A Perfect Snack

Roasted Whole Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt & Pepper

  • Seasonings of your choice

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Wash and dry cauliflower and trim all the leaves.

  3. Oil an oven-safe bowl or casserole dish, set the cauliflower in it, and drizzle liberally with olive oil, and Sea salt and pepper as desired.

  4. Now you can sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.

  5. Cover with foil and roast for about 45-50 minutes, until very tender.

  6. Take the foil off for about 10 minutes to brown the top to your liking.

Some of my favorite spice combos are:

  • Oregano, thyme & basil

  • Curry powder, Garam Masala and Coriander

  • Chili powder, smoked paprika

Roasted Whole Cauliflower

This has become a favorite snack when we’re having a relaxed weekend evening. It’s tasty enough to feel indulgent, but healthy too! Enjoy!
